Coffee Crafters, Inc. was established to provide discerning customers exceptional, freshly roasted coffee at a reasonable prices.
Coffee Crafters' roast profiles have been developed to accentuate the flavors inherent to each of our green coffees. All individual lots of coffee are cupped to determine the ideal roast for each green coffee. All roasting is done as needed and our coffee is not stored or warehoused prior to shipment or local delivery.
Coffee Crafters only uses the highest rated and hand selected "Specialty Grade" coffees and maintains strict quality control procedures to ensure you receive a rich and flavorful experience that is Coffee Crafters Coffee.

Why is our coffee's aroma and flavor so different?
Roast - Coffee Crafters tailors each roast to the specific bean and uses SCAA cupping methods to ensure a proper roast. Many companies roast coffee longer to increase shelf life but this can create a "charred" flavor and burn off volatile compounds that give each coffee its inherent flavor complexities.
Packaging - following roasting, coffee continues to release carbon dioxide for several days. We pack our coffee immediately after it is roasted and use specially designed packaging to allow the release of CO2 and limit the coffee's exposure to oxygen (coffee's primary flavor robbing culprit).
Shipment - Coffee Crafters is committed to ship freshly roasted coffee within 24 hours of roasting to help ensure your coffee arrives fresh.
Coffee Club - Want to take the hassle out of placing orders? Send us an email and ask to be added to our coffee club. Coffee Crafters will send out 12oz bag each week and bill you automatically with a 10% discount. If there is a coffee you prefer or even one you would prefer not to recieve in the future, just let us know and we'll make sure you get what you want. If you need more than a bag a week, no problem. Cancel at any time, there is no obligation.
